Certification and Test Evidence for Commercial FD30 Doorsets

Generic assurances that a doorset is “tested and certified” do not survive scrutiny by building control and fire risk assessors. Below is what to check, what we hold, and what arrives with your order. View all our fire certifications.

What To Check What Enfield Doors Supplies
Test standard FD30 doorsets assessed against BS 476 Pt 22:1987 and BS EN 1634-1:2014, with the applicable standard stated on the test evidence for each core and configuration.
Third-party certification IFC third-party certification, UKAS accredited — certificate IFCC-1363 iss 4 (2023) — plus BM TRADA certification and ISO 9001:2015 quality management.
Core brand test evidence Test and assessment reports for Strebord, Flamebreak, Stredor, Moralt, Halspan, Alumax Safehinge, Warmsprings and ESD High Acoustic cores, including 44mm FD30 and 54mm FD60 variants, held in our fire certification library.
Doorset or door leaf Complete doorsets — leaf, frame, intumescent seals, glazing and hardware — specified to the tested configuration, so the evidence covers the whole assembly rather than a leaf in isolation.
Installation Installation guidance and technical support to keep the fitted doorset within its certification, including frame fixing, seal type and position, glazing beads and ironmongery.
