Urgent notice to all customers

*UPDATE ON DOOR MANUFACTURING* Thanks to the tireless work of our manufacturing and office staff we expect to be back to our normal operating schedule by mid-August, following a fire-related incident in the recent heat-wave.

The team is working extra hours, weekend and late shifts in order to delivery existing projects as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Although we are operating from a smaller facility, we have invested in a new Biesse Rover Multi Go MGP 1532 for door preparation for hinges, lock cases, apertures, drop seals etc. This typically delivers a high mechanical repeatability and operational precision of roughly ±0.05 mm, highly reliable for wood and panel processing.

The new CNC machine should restore our manufacturing capacity to pre-fire levels – and has the added benefit of improving accuracy.

We are doing everything possible to clear any backlog and return to our usual high service levels.
